As a locally owned, single-doctor private practice, we are proud to be different. We don’t rush patients through the door or operate on volume. Instead, we schedule one patient at a time, giving each person the time and attention they deserve. Here, you're not just a number — you're a neighbor.

Dr. Christopher Meyer, owner and optometrist, has deep roots in Mantua. After serving as Chief of Optometric Services at the Cleveland Clinic Department of Ophthalmology, he returned home and opened Mantua Eye Center in 1994. His mission: to bring advanced, compassionate eye care to the community he grew up in.
